Hunger Pangs during Pregnancy Period

Pregnancy brings with it concerns of food and nutrition, besides other health issues. Iron and protein rich food is essential during your pregnancy period. Often it is found that women face strong hunger pangs during pregnancy. It is advisable to keep a ready stock of snacks and fruits during your entire pregnancy period. Try eating every three to four hours during your pregnancy. Some women have been known to develop either an aversion or craving for certain foods during pregnancy. The safest rule is to follow your instinct and what your stomach demands.
